Students are to pursue their career in the field of law through 5 year BA LL.B degree program must give importance towards their syllabus. HEC prescribes the various recommended courses syllabus for the BA LLB Degree Program.
BA LLB Syllabus in Pakistan
Students who are applying for the BA LLB (Honors) degree program will have to study various courses in their degree program, comprising compulsory courses, general and foundation courses, major courses or research projects, or internship.
Previously the BA LL.B degree program consisted of BA LL.B program that could be perused after bachelor studies. Now HEC has allowed intermediate students to pursue 5 Year BA LLB Program.
BA LLB Syllabus 2024 in Pakistan
The BA LL.B degree program consists of various law courses as recommended by HEC comprising of Pakistan studies, syllabus, introduction to law, legal system of Pakistan, law of Contract, human rights law, Islamic jurisprudence, criminal law, law of business organizations, among others.
Students of BA LLB Degree Program will also have to choose from various electives like banking laws, consumer protection laws, election laws, conflict of laws, insurance laws, international economic law, Islamic commercial laws, law and society in Pakistan, taxation laws, gender and law, environmental laws, consumer protection law, e-commerce law among others.
