If you're sitting an LLB paper under Bahauddin Zakariya University this cycle, the roll number slip is the one document you can't walk in without. Here's where it lives, what to type in, and what to do when it doesn't show up.
Status (29 September 2026): BZU has not announced LLB 2026 roll slips yet. We'll update this line the moment they go live. BZU issues LLB roll number slips online through its slip portal at slip.bzu.edu.pk, which you can also reach from the Roll No. Slips option on bzu.edu.pk. Pick your LLB part, enter your admission form number, challan number, CNIC or registration number, then print. Punjab University LLB students use a different portal, covered below.
BZU keeps a separate regular-students-for-colleges entry that includes LLB. Colleges usually handle regular candidates' paperwork, so ask your examination in-charge as well. Private candidates have traditionally also had slips posted to the address on their admission form.
| Detail | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Admission form number | Your submitted BZU admission form |
| Challan number | Your paid fee challan |
| CNIC | Your ID card, 13 digits, no dashes |
| Registration number | Your BZU registration record |
BZU doesn't announce one fixed lead time. Unofficial trackers report anything from a few days to about a month before the first paper. The most reliable clock is the LLB date sheet. Once it's out, slips usually follow soon after. Be wary of any site showing a firm "release date" with no BZU notice behind it.
Punjab University, Lahore, runs its own system, and the route depends on where you study. In the 2024 cycle, PU uploaded LLB slips on 16 August and papers began on 22 August. That was a gap of about a week, so don't wait until the last day.
Regular students of affiliated colleges have their slips emailed to the college address. Students of PU's Law College, the Jhelum and Gujranwala campuses, and private law candidates download directly from the PU allied exams page. Select your examination name, enter your registration number or CNIC, and submit. This covers both the 3-year and 5-year programmes, but check PU's current notice for your part.
Read it line by line: name, CNIC, programme and part, paper list, and exam centre. A wrong centre or part is much easier to fix now than on paper day. Keep a printed copy and a saved PDF or photo.
Try each identifier in turn (challan, CNIC, registration number), without dashes. If none works, your form or fee may not have been processed.
Slip pages get crowded in the final days before papers. Try early morning or late night.
Contact your college or the BZU examination office with a copy of your form and challan. Don't rely on screenshots from unofficial sites.
Use the wait to revise from LLB past papers and your LLB subjects list. Our recommended LLB books may also help. If you're comparing paths, see LLB 3 years versus LLB Hons. You can also read up on LLB admissions, the eligibility criteria, the fee structure and law career options. When papers end, check your LLB result.
Use BZU's online slip portal at slip.bzu.edu.pk, or open bzu.edu.pk and choose Roll No. Slips. Select your LLB part, enter your form/challan number, CNIC or registration number, then print.
Any one of these works: admission form number, challan number, CNIC (without dashes) or registration number. Use whichever the portal field asks for.
BZU's exam system lists LLB (3 Years) Part I, II and III as separate entries. Pick the part you registered for.
PU doesn't publish a fixed calendar. In 2024 it uploaded LLB slips about a week before papers started. Watch PU's notices and the LLB date sheet.
Treat the slip as mandatory. Exam centres generally don't admit candidates without it. If you lose it, reprint from the portal.
