Federal Medical and Dental College, FMDC is the first public sector medical college established in Islamabad. The college has an affiliation with the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad. In the initial stages, the college was limited for 50 seats for the MBBS program. But, according to the new rules and regulations by the PM&DC, the award was enhanced to 100 seats. The college reserves the seats for the students of all the provinces.
