Private & Regular BA Syllabus/Curriculum of different Universities
Bachelors of Arts (BA) covers the two years of studies. Some universities conducts BA exams after six months almost after completion of a semester like virtual and Allama Iqbal University. These two universities conducts BA exams after 6 months. In these universities BA (bachelors of Arts programs) comprise of 4 semesters. Some universities conduct the annual exams after two years such as BZU, University of Sargodha, Islamia University of Bahawalpur and University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir whereas some universities including PU, UOK and UOP change their exams policy and as per this policy BA exams from now will conduct in two parts.
Those students, who get admission in the universities, are required to study the specific syllabus. Students are required to choose two elective subjects and one optional subject for BA whereas English, Islamic studies & ethics (for non- Muslim students) and Pak studies are the compulsory subjects to study. In BA part I students are required to study 2 elective subjects of (Paper I)100 marks each (200), English Compulsory of 100 marks and Islamic studies / Ethics / Pak studies of 100 marks whereas in BA part 2 students are required to study English Compulsory of 100 marks, 2 Elective subjects (Paper II) of 200 marks and one optional subject of 100 marks.
