The Academic Training and General Training of IELTS in British Council and ASEO in Lahore are starting from 5th January. The further schedule is written below for aid of intending candidates.
The Test format of IELTS is consisted of English language Learning, Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The writing category of IELTS tests require proficiency in: Grammatical Accuracy, Punctuation Accuracy, Literary and Scholarly Writing Style, Paragraph Making, Sentence Composition and High Vocabulary. For reading category of tests the candidates must be proficient in English language Pacing, Scoring, Vocabulary and Focus on the Directions.
For the Listening category of IELTS the students must be fast in apprehending the accent of British language. The students will be given 30 minutes to give answers of 40 questions and write the answers in written form. For this purpose the candidates have to practice and train themselves in listening of the slang British language terms and expressions. Also they have to be quick.
Although this tests is all about quick apprehension and quick response. For the speaking category of IELTS tests the candidates must be proficient in skills such as:
Talk in length and without hesitation
Be spontaneous and Fluent in English Speaking
Be Confident while Speaking
Speak More than the Examiner Himself
For the successful grades in IELTS tests practice and training is the key to success. To avoid repeating the tests again ,the candidates must practice and gain training.
