1. Participants will be required to carry their CNIC on the trip
2. Strict ethical conduct will be followed throughout the trip
3. We have zero tolerance for drugs, weapons, or any kind of behavior deemed inappropriate
4. We need to be informed beforehand of participants below 10 years and above 50 years of age.
5. Participants requiring any special medical assistance shall also notify the management beforehand.
6. Participants are responsible for their valuables on the trip. we will not take responsibility for any loss arising due to this.
7. No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains, storms, land sliding, accident, flat tires.
8. In case of natural events such as rain or blockage of a particular route, we hold the right to slightly alter/change the route or itinerary for the safety of participants.
9. If there is land sliding or any unforeseen circumstances (If no of day or days increases) then per day rate will be applied
