On the other hand some countries have not high population denisty but thier specific areas have very high population density. East Asia, South East and South Asia have very high population densities. Western Europe and Central Europe, North-East of U.S.A and Canada and Nile valley (Egypt) are areas with high population density.

Ans 1: The continent of Africa is least developed, therefore food deficiency, lack of medical facilities, and lack of education is the common feature is most of the African countries. In the continent high birth rate and high death rate is common characteristics in most of the countries.

Ans 1: World's very thinly populated areas has only less than 10 persons per sq mile (less than 4 persons/sq km) population density. A vast area of the Earth surface is very thinly populated, which is more than 40 percent. The Arctic, the Antarctic and Tundra region experiences very low temperature and snow cover almost throughout the year. The desert areas - Sahara, Kalahari of Africa, the Atacama of Chile and Peru, the Great Australian Desert, Arabian Peninsula and Mongolian inner land is very thinly populated.
The equatorial rain forests of the Amazon Basin, Congo basin and inner forests of the Indonesian archipelago are also very sparely populated.
