Write a note on 2002 General Elections.

Ans 1: After completion of three years in term General Pervez Musharraf conducted general election in the country in 2002. These elections were held on the presidential orders. General Public elected 272 members of national assembly by their popular vote in the house of 342 mebers, Remaining 70 memebrs 60 Women and 10 memebrs form minorities were elected ont he basis of quota. First time in Pakistan graduation was a pre-qualification for th candidates in electin Besides this condition of being a Muslim on general seat was abolshed as result of these elections Muslim League (Q) managed majority of seates in National Assembly.

Which are the major areas of Sugarcane growing crop.

Ans 1: Sugarcane is cultivated in canla fed /irrigated regions of Punjab and Sindh. It is also sownin dera Ismail Khan, Peshawar, Mardan and Charsadda districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. On many occasions sugarcane supply falls short of demand for it. So, the country has to import sugar.

Ans 1: This is the last barrage of Sindh on the River Indus. Water has been supplied to the southern areas of Sidh privnce by taking out four canals from here.

Ans 1: Dress and food: Majority of the Pakistanis like to wear simple clean and graceful dress shalwar Qamiz is our national dress. Men and women across the Pakistan like and wear this dress with minor difference. In differnet regions, people add vas coat, cap turban, ajrak etc with their dress. Women add Dupatta, Chadar, Shawl , Abaa in their dress. wheat, rice, meat ,pulses, fish, fresh and dry fruit are common foods of the people.

Ans 1: The population includes all the men,women, young and old people.A subject of Demography has been introduced for the study of population, in whihc statisticla analysis of human population is done.

Discuss Administratie Reforms during Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Government.

Ans 1: Administrative Reforms: In 1991, the Government managed an agreement to share water available in the system water available int he system. The accord was reached between the four provinces of Pakistan.It is called the water apportionment accord . This accord is based on the existing and future water needs of thefour provicnes.
Ans 2: 2- National Finance commission : Nawaz Sharif Government brought forth the National Finance commission award in 1991. This NFC award for the firt time recognized rights of the provicnes on natrual resources.
Ans 3: 3- Foreign Policy: Made positive changes in Paskitan foreign plicy.
4- Peace in Afghnistan : To dialogue with differenrt Afghan politicla leaders for maintaining pece in Afghanistan.
Ans 4: 5- Kashmir issue: Pakistan formally asked india to dialogue on Kashmir issue
Ans 5: 6- Relation with other Countries: Efforts wre made to have more cordial relationship with US and other countries

Ans 1: In the field if health, Dr. Ruth Ptau has dedicated her life in eradicatring Leprosy from Paksitna. In recognition of her serives, she was buried with stae hjonouyrs. Sister leiws served the diable fifty years. Dr Drago had a special repulation for treating poor people.
Ans 2: Eye specialist Dr. J. paul Chhabra has performed high valued services in the field of Ophthalmology.

When did Punjab Agriculture College and Research Institute was established.

Ans 1: Punjab Agriculture colelge and research institute in 1906, "Punjab Agriculture college and reseach institue was establishe din Lyallpur in the province of Punjab, which was upgraded as " University of agriculture faisalbad in 1961.

Ans 1: According to 2017 census, density of Populatino per square kilometer was 261 people living in one square kilometer.
