BISE Rawalpindi was introduced as self-governing board in 1977. Earlier it was linked with Sargodha Board but due to increasing the educational demands of Rawalpindi region it becomes obligatory to establish an independent body which could handle all the educational matters of Rawalpindi region of matriculation and intermediate examinations. As a result, BISE Rawalpindi was created and since then a large number of students have been awarded degrees and prizes. The board registers the regular as well as private students. Model and past papers are available at ilmkidunya for the preparation of syllabus. Students can get the relevant material easily at home on a single click. All the students can get the admission and FA result alerts via email to be get updated with the latest information.
