The date sheet of class 9th 10th by the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) will be announced for provisional exams. The final exams are scheduled to be organized in the month of May and set May as exams commencement date. The date sheet can be viewed at this page.
Since 2003 the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) is working under the ordinance of the Government of Pakistan. The board since its inauguration is working independently to organize secondary and higher secondary exams. AKU-EB is a Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and provides education in both Urdu and English modes. The conduction of exams is made twice in a year.
First session exams are organized in May and second session exams in September and takes almost three months in result announcement. The board also develops the curriculum to meet the need of present time and specific level. Students are required to pass at least eight subjects to get the degree. Among these five are core and three are elective subjects. The board has the purpose to provide quality education in an impartial way. it also train the teachers and uploads the learning materials for the students of the region in accordance with national curriculum.
