BISE Swat Board generally holds the matric and intermediate annual exams in the month of March and May, respectively. For the session 2019 the annual exams of matric part 1 and part 2 are going to be started from March 12 and intermediate part 1 and part 2 annual exams 2019 from April 23 across the division. The date sheet for both programs will be announced at least one month earlier. All the respective students could get the date sheet at ilmkidunya.com. As soon as the date sheet will be announced it will be uploaded at the respective pages of date sheet 2019.

In 1990 the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Saidu Sharif Swat is the commanding board for the conduction of matric and intermediate exams. Governor of the province was the main commanding authority before 2005 but after wards the powers were given to chief minister of the province. The board has divided its powers as external and internal affairs. The internal affairs are handled by the chairman and its staff while external affairs are the responsibility of ministry of education. The management of examination centres and supervisory staff is the authority of BISE Swat board. The board issues the admission schedule for matric and intermediate exams in November and December respectively.
