In this Article I tells you why I idealise Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah as a great leader? Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, was an honest, competent, loyal, devoted, and bold leader in the history of Pakistan. Quaid-e-Azam's life tells us that with faith, discipline, and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve. Let us turn the Pakistan and see that all great changes in past are always connected with great, honest, dedicated leaders. Pakistan had been the pioneer of democracy. Pakistan a unique country based on justice, equality, consultation and accountability. Today we can see totally lack of principles of Islamic social justice, lack of constructive education which is the light of knowledge. Quaid-e-Azam said if you adopted it I am sure that you will be a power that will be accepted by everyone. Actual needs to be political will, honesty, trust, integrity, faith without any hesitation let me say that present setup and parties are self interest. Today common people feel unrest, infect it is a reaction of inequality, unemployment, poverty, etc. It's time get ride of hidden hands and to show the ugly face of real foe of Pakistan.

Leadership like Quaid-e-Azam and his followers leads to success on the base of credibility. They use leadership power to improve and make a constructive change for the welfare of country and the entire peoples. Here I mention the Quaid-e-Azam's quote, and then analyze the different chapters of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah life.

Let us turn to the Quaid-e-Azam saying:

We should have a state in which we could live and breathe as free men, and which we could develop according to our own lights and culture and where principles of Islamic social justice could find free play.

Quaid-e-Azam saying: that education first presidential address at the conference of Punjab Muslim Students Federation March 2, 1941.

"When you have got that light of knowledge by means of education and when you have made yourselves strong economically and industrially when you have got to prepared yourselves for your defense – protection against external aggression and to maintain internal security. Let us now turn the education in Pakistan and inquire about out the main fault of educational system. The important point to be noted is that in education sector Pakistan have a history of false starts, slow progress, and some times failed attempts. When we look over the history whenever every nation want to defeat others nation it first occupy the education system. The progress of any civilization has depended upon its educated classes. Education develops the roots of any nation.

Today we all need honest, competent, devoted leadership like founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who know the fruits of positive, constructive education. Only intellectual, competent, faithful, headship like Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, know the price of constructive education. As we know that education complete the human mind and make us able how to think in right direction and how to make bold decisions inside the good turn of Pakistani nation.

Dear Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, retain information that we all accountable problems in front of you nowadays, but those people who have towering authority, high power and manipulate, are more answerable. We can see that corrupt is repeatedly paid to permit unqualified, incompetent people and firms to attain a advantage.

Quaid-e-Azam's advise to civil officers Peshawar, April 14, 1948: Civil servants. "Service is the back bone of the state. Governments are formed. Governments are defeated. Prime Ministers come and go, but you stay on, and therefore, there is a very great responsibility placed on your shoulders.

Quaid-e-Azam's Presidential Address at the All India Muslim League, Lahore March 23, 1940.

"Come forward as servant of Islam, organize the people economically, socially, educationally, and politically and I am sure that you will be a power that will be accepted by everyone."

It's time we organize the people especially our youth organize socially, economically, politically and educationally. Let's unite on nation survive without faith, unity and justice. Only prayers are not enough for the well being of Pakistan. Now it's time to do practically. God has given the nation the reason to resolve their trouble and to distinguish between good and bad to choose right trail.

Quaid-e-Azam's speech at Edwardes College Peshawar 18th April 1948.

"My message to you all is of hope, courage and confidence. Let us mobilize all our resources in a systemic and organized way and tackle the grave issues that confront us with grim determination and discipline worthy of a great nation."

In this Article we have also examined the profile of the burning issues of Pakistan and their solutions. Good governance, leadership, corruption, constructive-education, unemployment, terrorism and honest judiciary are the today's burning issues in Pakistan. We will compare the past and present bases of governance. It is the specific combination of variables which brings about violent conflict between the states on the one hand and other side social and political forces. Good governance is the instrument of political, economic, and administrative authorities to manage a nation's affairs. Good governance deals with the nature and limits of state power. Achieving objectives of good governance requires a long term political commitment to make the system work. It is argued that there is no single pattern of emergence of conflicts in Pakistan.

In Pakistan political leaders and parties have failed to establish a stable democratic order. Economic stagnation and underdevelopment, political power struggle, corruption and incompetence have led to widespread popular disenchantment and even despair. Pakistan political history reveals that authoritarian state structure, weak democratic institutions, and the absence of democratic values and norms. Authoritarians and corrupt rule have left the political leadership unable to work collectively to strengthen and maintain democratic institutions and values.

Our leaders have often misjudged their friends and foe. State power is used only for the advantage of the rich and corruption has becoming institutionalized and more risk is well developed practice. All institutions have been corrupted and people have weakened confidence in political structure, executive authority and judiciary system. Pakistan's political culture characterized by narrow mindedness, a lake of public spiritedness, short term thinking and failure to follow constitutional and democratic principles.

The country faced bad governance at each level. There is complete confusion in the rank of the top leadership. Pakistan has suffered corruption it had become epidemic in ruling circles. The common person continued to suffer. Today values of social morality and virtue seem to be finding out in the face of race for money and power.

Today the people aggressive on present government policy and against all the acts to sabotage the rights and independence of Pakistani common people. Today every citizen needs justice and basic facilities equally as Islam tells us the equal rights. In sum our leaders, politicians, Army and judges should strengthen our constitutional institution and preside over with truthfulness and honesty which is absent nowadays and must make sure no one is above law.

Let us we struggle jointly against corrupt setup and defeat them and change this corrupt system. My warmest wishes are with you. May God save Pakistan and fill Pakistani nation life with brightness.

Today we can see the lack of competent leadership and Pakistan is under the risk of much injury, I suggest that;

  • Follow the sayings of founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
  • As Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, said, Corrupt and Law breakers should be punished strictly at each level and dealt with an iron hand.
  • No one is protected when the matter is of dishonesty, corruption, bureaucrat, politician, and high level officers, who alleged to have plundered wealth, are no immune in the matter of corruption.
  • Its need of time that we should cleaned the top leadership as in other countries cleaned the corrupt leadership and setup totally reject and crushed jointly.
  • The people mind should be changed by the prevalence of moral values, and teachers, professors, and scholars can play positive role and they should do it easily and changed the students mind in positive and right direction.
  • Tribute national honest heroes, like Quaid-e-Azam because they are symbol of struggle, admiration and spirit for the youth.
  • Follow the slogan of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, unity, faith and discipline.
  • Every citizen of Pakistan irrespective of their age and occupation starts to realize their own duties. It is possible when people get consciousness and make a distinction between good and awful.

Announce education for all as the highest priority of the government, and the entire nation as well as the military in waging a war against illiteracy. Remember one thing our leaders said that education is free up Matric, they all discourage the Higher education and badly discourage the research scholars, who work in different institutions. Our political parties and leaders will be provide the education only up to Primary, Middle, Matric etc. They not want well educated broad visionary youth. They all want those people who follow the fine or ghastly orders of this leadership without their own hallucination.

Dear Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah your sayings teaches us moral lesson. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah's true sayings can make our earth a heavenly place to lead a happy and idyllic life. My great wishes to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, that Pakistani nation should follow your teachings. Pakistan Zindaabad. Long live Pakistan.
