HEALTH INSURANCE DIVISION (HEAD OFFICE, KARACHI)

CAREER OPPORTUNITY (PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT)

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, the nation's largest life and health insurer, invites applications for a high-level executive position within its Health Insurance Division. This appointment is strictly on a project and contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable based on performance and project continuity.

Vacancy & Technical Eligibility Criteria

  • Position Title: Regional Chief (RC)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Place of Posting: Karachi

  • Maximum Age Limit: 57 Years (as of the application closing date)

Criteria Minimum Requirements
Education

• At least 16 years of formal education from an HEC-recognized university in MBA, MPA, MPH, MS, MBBS, or an equivalent discipline.

 

• OR Professional accounting/actuarial qualifications such as ACA, FSA, ASA, FIA, AIA, or equivalent.
Overall Experience Minimum 15 years of broad professional experience spanning general administration, strategic planning & development, health insurance management, public health financing, or health economics.
Specialized Experience Out of the total experience, a minimum of 10 years must be explicitly rooted in health insurance management or public financing systems.
 

General Instructions & Corporate Compliance

  • Quota Regulations: Statutory provincial and regional quotas will be strictly observed in accordance with Federal Government hiring guidelines.

  • Degree Verification: All educational degrees and transcripts must be issued by institutes or universities recognized and approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

  • Government Employees: Current public sector workers or civil servants must apply through the proper channel by securing a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent ministry or department.

  • Hiring Discretion: State Life reserves the absolute corporate right to increase or decrease the number of positions, reject any application, or cancel/postpone the entire recruitment cycle without assigning any prior justification.

  • Test/Interview Policy: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the strict eligibility profile will be contacted. No TA/DA will be paid for attending written tests or interviews.
