Department: Voluntary Pension Scheme (Fund Back Office Operations)

Position: Manager / MIS Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee back-office operations for the Voluntary Pension Scheme (VPS) Fund.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and management of data and records.
  • Monitor and manage MIS (Management Information Systems) reporting and operations.
  • Provide support in fund accounting, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and operational controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of fund operations, MIS systems, and financial reporting.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in back-office operations or fund management is preferred.
  • Prior experience with voluntary pension schemes, insurance operations, or fund management is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and MIS tools.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
