Corporate Communications: Lead internal/external communications, brand positioning, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) integration to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful messaging aligned with organizational strategy.
Digital Platforms: Manage official social media and digital platforms by developing engaging content, optimizing online presence, strengthening brand visibility, and generating meaningful stakeholder engagement.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated Marketing and Communication Strategies (internal, external, media, and stakeholder engagement).
Lead corporate advertising campaigns, manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
Support leadership positioning, speeches, and strategic narratives.
Coordinate with marketing, digital, and business units for unified campaigns.
Oversee ESG communications, reporting alignment, and stakeholder visibility.
Ensure message consistency across all corporate touchpoints.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Minimum 16 years of education (at least a Bachelor’s Degree) in Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Sciences, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Key Skills: Strong writing skills, narrative building, stakeholder management, strategic communication, and experience handling media, crisis communications, and corporate reputation.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and management of the corporate website, mobile applications, digital platforms, and social media.
Oversee digital customer journeys to enhance accessibility, usability, and service delivery.
Drive digital communication channels (emails, app notifications, web content, etc.).
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
Utilize Google and SEO analytics to optimize user experience, engagement, and conversion.
Ensure alignment of digital platforms with brand, communication, and customer service standards.
Identify and implement new digital tools to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Minimum 16 years of education (at least a Bachelor’s Degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
Key Skills: Proven experience managing websites, apps, and digital ecosystems. Strong understanding of project management, UX/UI principles, analytics, and customer behavior. Experience in financial services or large-scale customer platforms is preferred.
Age Limit: Preferably not more than 45 years of age.
