Career Opportunities in State Life Takaful

State Life Insurance Corporation (SLIC) is seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals for its Windows Takaful Operations for the following positions. These are contract-based roles for three (03) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Available Positions

1. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

   • Location: Karachi

   • Max Age Limit: 45 years

   • Minimum Qualification:

     • 4-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
     • OR Member of ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA

   • Experience: 2 years post-qualification (preferably in the Insurance/Family Takaful sector)

   • Knowledge & Skills:

     • Takaful principles, Companies Act 2017, Insurance Ordinance 2000, Takaful Rules 2012
     • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
     • Familiarity with MS Office; preference for Oracle or SAP experience

   • Key Responsibilities:

     • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
     • Prepare and manage statutory accounts and financial statements
     • Oversee financial risk management policies
     • Monitor investment portfolios and ensure robust capital management

2. Manager (Policy Holder Service/Customer Services)

   • Location: Karachi

   • Max Age Limit: 45 years

   • Minimum Qualification:

     • 16 years of education (BS/BBA or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution

   • Experience: 4-5 years post-qualification in the relevant field

   • Knowledge & Skills:

     • Experience in customer service, claims management, and legal compliance
     • Hands-on experience with Family Takaful Operational Management Systems

   • Key Responsibilities:

     • Supervise Family Takaful PHS operations
     • Manage customer requests, including underwriting and claims processing
     • Ensure regulatory and legal compliance

3. Manager (Business Development - Banca Takaful)

   • Location: Karachi

   • Max Age Limit: 45 years

   • Minimum Qualification:

     • 18 years of education (MBA/M.Com/M.Sc. or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution

   • Experience: 4-5 years post-qualification in the relevant field

   • Knowledge & Skills:

     • Strategic sales initiatives within banking channels
     • Ability to train and coach bank personnel on Takaful products

   • Key Responsibilities:

     • Develop and promote Takaful products through banca-takaful channels
     • Build relationships with banking partners
     • Train bank staff and design promotional campaigns

• Federal Government Quota Policy (including disabled, minority, and women quotas) is observed.
• No TA/DA for test or interview.
• Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
