WE ARE HIRING

Under Regulations 10 & 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, online applications are invited for the following positions:

Position 1: Junior Executive

Age Limit

  • Maximum 25 years (including 5 years general age relaxation)

Qualification

  • Intermediate or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience

  • Muzaffarabad (AJK)

Eligibility

  • Only residents of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), as per CNIC/Domicile, are eligible to apply.

Position 2: Assistant Director (Security Operations Center – L2)

Age Limit

  • Maximum 37 years (including 5 years general age relaxation)

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education

  • Bachelor’s (4 years) in:

    • Computer Science

    • Information Technology

    • Cyber Security

    • Information Security

    • Or equivalent related field

  • Master’s degree in relevant field will be preferred

  • Degrees must be attested by HEC

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) within a reputable organization

  • Hands-on experience with SIEM tools such as:

    • Elastic Security

    • QRadar

    • Splunk

  • Familiarity with:

    • EDR/XDR

    • Firewalls

    • IDS/IPS

    • Malware analysis

  • Relevant certifications such as:

    • CompTIA Security+

    • CySA+

    • EC-Council CEH/CIH

    • GCIH
      (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze SIEM alerts and escalations from SOC-L1

  • Perform triage, initial incident classification, and escalation to IR teams

  • Assist in containment, eradication, and recovery during incidents

  • Conduct in-depth investigations using SIEM, EDR, XDR, firewall, and threat intelligence platforms

  • Create and tune SIEM rules, correlation searches, and use cases

  • Perform threat hunting and proactive anomaly analysis

  • Maintain detailed documentation and incident reports

  • Stay updated with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis with a probation period (extendable based on performance).

  2. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  3. Government/Semi-Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of test/interview.

  4. Attested degrees/certificates from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be presented at the time of interview.

  5. Candidates providing false information at any stage shall be disqualified.

  6. Appointment will be made against a specific location; no request for transfer will be entertained.

  7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) will not be allowed during test/interview.

  9. No TA/DA will be admissible.

  10. Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  11. NADRA reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
