Applications are invited from residents of the Karachi Division for walk-in interviews under Clauses 10.9 and 11 of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Employees (Service) Regulations 2002, as per the details mentioned below:

Only residents of the specified Karachi Division (matching their CNIC/Domicile) will be eligible to participate in the interview.
Selected candidates will be hired on a contract basis for a fixed period of three (03) months only. Minorities, women, transgender individuals, and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
Selected candidates will be given a daily scanning target at their respective workstations. It is mandatory to scan a minimum of 400 forms/pages daily.
The project operates in three shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night) on a rotational basis. Candidates must be willing to work in any shift as required by the management.
The management reserves the right to reject, cancel, or terminate the recruitment process at any stage or reject any application without assigning any reason.
A fixed monthly basic salary of PKR 40,000 will be paid. Additionally, incentive amounts based on the number of scanned forms will be determined by the Authority.
Interested candidates must bring their original educational and professional documents/certificates at the time of the interview.
The maximum age limit already includes the general five (05) years age relaxation. No further relaxation request will be entertained.
Candidates currently working in government/semi-government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
Provision of false or misleading information at any stage will result in immediate disqualification.
Selected candidates must perform their duties at the assigned location. Requests for posting transfers will not be accepted; however, the management reserves the right to post candidates to any district/station as per operational requirements.
Selected candidates must strictly comply with NADRA's Data and Information Security Policies and maintain complete confidentiality of all official records.
Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets will not be allowed inside the interview venue.
No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for appearing in the interview.
Important Note
These positions are strictly project-based and temporary. Appointment to these positions does not, under any circumstances, confer any right, claim, or entitlement for regular/permanent employment in NADRA. The services of the selected candidates will automatically stand terminated upon the completion/expiry of the project contract.
