Degree: LL.B or Bar-at-Law.
Verification: A minimum of 16 years of education is a strict requirement. Degrees must be verified and attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the respective regulatory body.
Experience Level: Entry-level (0 to 1 year of relevant legal experience).
A solid understanding of Pakistani laws regarding citizenship, registration, data protection, and privacy.
Strong research, analytical, legal drafting, and legal opinion writing capabilities.
Excellent command over both written and verbal communication.
Drafting & Legal Frameworks: Support the drafting and periodic revision of rules, regulations, and legal frameworks destined for government approval.
Compliance Monitoring: Assist in implementing compliance frameworks tailored for data protection, privacy, and security regulations.
Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research and provide comprehensive legal analysis on national and international laws that directly impact NADRA's operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with various government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure absolute policy alignment.
Management Support: Help prepare legal opinions, reports, structural recommendations, and official documents to guide senior management decisions.
