Post Qualification and Experience
Executive Director No Person shall be appointed or considered for appointment to the post of Executive Director unless he is in profession of a Ph.D. degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission in a subject relevant to climate change with fourteen years professional experience or Master Degree recognized by HEC in a subject relevant to climate change with eighteen years professional experience.
