3. In terms of Rule 18 of CE-2011 Rules, the above candidates have the right to prefer representation/review petition against the decision of the Commission if they so desire and have not already availed this opportunity. Their representations/review petitions will be dealt with according to
rules and they will be afforded an opportunity of personal hearing, if desired. Furthermore, if any candidate proves eligibility of his/her candidature, his/her candidature will be restored. Such candidate if
found qualified in the written part of the examination he/she shall be called for Medical Examination, Psychological Assessment and Viva Voce.

7. Candidature of those who have not so far fulfilled all requirements to the satisfaction of the Commission will remain provisional till they are found eligible in all respects. Candidates who have not yet received their degrees/certificates for want of university convocation etc. are advised to obtain provisional certificates from the concerned universities (duly signed by the Controller/Assistant controller of examinations) and submit attested copies thereof to the Commission immediately.
