?? Position 1: Unit Head – SBP Coordination (AVP Level)
?? Reporting To:
Wing Head – SBP Coordination
?? Educational / Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications
?? Experience Required:
Minimum 6 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in:
SBP Coordination
SBP Inspection
Regulatory Compliance
?? Key Skills and Expertise:
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of SBP regulatory processes
?? Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on all regulatory and supervisory matters
Coordinate internal responses to SBP requests, clarifications, and data submissions
Engage with senior management and SBP officials to communicate regulatory requirements effectively
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory obligations
Maintain a robust MIS system for monitoring SBP correspondence and data submission
Implement internal validation and quality checks for external communications
Promote a compliance culture within the unit
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
?? Position 2: Officer – SBP Coordination (OG-II / OG-I Level)
?? Reporting To:
Wing Head – SBP Coordination
?? Educational / Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university/institution
Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or professional certifications will be preferred
?? Experience Required:
Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in:
SBP Coordination
Regulatory Compliance
SBP Inspection
?? Key Skills and Expertise:
Strong MS Office proficiency
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Understanding of regulatory reporting processes
?? Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison with SBP for all matters related to compliance and coordination
Coordinate internal responses to data requests, clarifications, and reporting deadlines
Interact effectively with internal stakeholders and SBP representatives
Maintain MIS records and tracking systems for timely submissions
Ensure policy compliance and data accuracy in all external communications
Escalate important matters to supervisors proactively
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
