Positions Available

Wing Head – Big Data Governance & Analysis VP / SVP - Oversee onboarding and regulatory compliance
- Ensure secure handling of customer and operational data
- Vendor & technology coordination
- Service quality oversight		 - Graduate or Master’s from HEC-recognized institution
- Expertise in SCF, data governance, security & compliance		 Minimum 3 years in data management, governance, or analytics
Wing Head – Big Data Engineer VP / SVP - Design, implement, and manage big data solutions
- Work closely with analytics and digital teams
- Ensure high-performance data engineering pipelines		 - Degree in Computer Science / Data Engineering from HEC-recognized university
- Certification in MS / AWS / Cloud solutions preferred		 Proven record in implementing big data solutions and high-performance analytics
Head – Digital Lending & Portfolio Management AVP / VP - Drive digital lending initiatives
- Develop and launch lending products
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business units
- Ensure regulatory compliance & risk governance		 - Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field from HEC-recognized university
- Certification (IFPO, etc.) preferred		 Relevant experience in digital lending, product launch, or portfolio management
Head – Digital Supply Chain Financing AVP / VP - Manage end-to-end SCF processes
- Oversee TAT, customer service, and system integration
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders		 - Master’s in Supply Chain / Finance from HEC-recognized institution
- Understanding of banking technologies and SCF schemes		 Minimum experience in digital supply chain, financial services, or operations management

General Requirements & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SBP, KYC, AML/CFT).

  • Expertise in IT systems, CAD, and cloud technologies.

  • Ability to implement digital, analytics, and portfolio management solutions.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

  • Commitment to service quality, operational excellence, and innovation.
