Available Positions


1. Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I)

Reporting To

Departmental Head – Civil

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent degree from a local or international university/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan

  • Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 04 years of relevant professional experience

  • Candidates with prior experience in a Bank and/or Financial Institution will be preferred

Skills & Expertise Required

  • Strong knowledge of project execution, estimation, and billing

  • Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business acumen

  • Effective time management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits for assessment of assigned projects and prepare reports accordingly

  • Prepare cost estimates for projects/tasks in accordance with Bank policies

  • Review and analyze layout plans and coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams

  • Prepare bidding documents as per the Bank’s defined policies and procedures

  • Review and verify project bills and invoices

  • Coordinate with project consultants, branches, and regional offices

  • Issue completion certificates for House Building Finance cases

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

2. Resident Engineer – Electrical (OG-I)

Reporting To

Departmental Head – Electrical

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum B.E. (Electrical / Electronics / Energy) or B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Energy) or equivalent degree recognized by HEC Pakistan

  • Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 04 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in a Bank and/or Financial Institution will be an added advantage

Skills & Expertise Required

  • Strong understanding of project estimation, billing, and execution

  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective time management skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits for operational assessment of projects and prepare reports

  • Prepare cost estimations in compliance with Bank procedures and PPRA rules

  • Review and analyze electrical layout plans and recommend necessary changes

  • Prepare bidding documents as per Bank policies

  • Review and verify project invoices for accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate with consultants, branches, and regional teams

  • Monitor operation and maintenance of generators, UPS, DBs, electrical systems, solar systems, and related infrastructure

  • Supervise electrical installation and renovation works to ensure safety and quality standards

  • Perform any other assignment as directed by the supervisor

3. Resident Engineer – Mechanical (OG-I)

Reporting To

Departmental Head – Mechanical

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum B.E. (Mechanical) or B.Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent degree recognized by HEC Pakistan

  • Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 04 years of relevant experience

  • Prior experience in a Bank or Financial Institution will be preferred

Skills & Expertise Required

  • Strong knowledge of project estimation, billing, and mechanical systems

  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective time management abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of assigned projects and prepare reports

  • Prepare PPRA-compliant estimates for projects as per Bank procedures

  • Review and analyze layout plans and coordinate changes with relevant teams

  • Prepare bidding documents in line with Bank policies

  • Coordinate with consultants, branches, and regional offices

  • Monitor and assess O&M services of HVAC systems

  • Supervise mechanical works (including HVAC and lifts) during construction and renovation projects

  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor


Employment Terms

  • Employment Type: Contractual

  • Contract Duration: Three (03) years (renewable at Management’s discretion)

  • Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and benefits as per Bank policy


Selection Process

  • Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview(s)

  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview
