Educational & Professional Qualification:
Minimum graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan.
Preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR and/or Public Administration.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in Compensation and Benefits and/or HR Operations.
At least 4 years hands-on experience in SAP HCM, preferably in the banking sector.
Skills & Expertise Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel).
Mandatory knowledge of SAP HCM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform personnel tasks in SAP HCM such as onboarding, termination, and pension administration.
Manage the process for accurate MIS generation for audits, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of financial and personnel records in SAP HCM.
Develop and update procedural manuals defining roles and responsibilities.
Perform pay fixation and related HR assignments as instructed by management.

Reporting to: Director, Staff College
Educational & Professional Qualification:
Equivalent to a local or international university degree recognized by HEC Pakistan.
Master’s degree and professional certifications preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years in banking or financial institutions, with at least 3 years as a full-time trainer in banking functions.
Certified trainer experience preferred.
Skills & Expertise Required:
Extensive knowledge of banking operations and HR.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Urdu, and local languages.
Highly proficient in MS Office, online video conferencing tools (Zoom, Meet, Teams), and core banking applications.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and develop need-based training programs; update existing courses for different cadres.
Conduct lectures, group discussions, and practical sessions for trainees.
Administer quizzes, tests, and evaluations; prepare and post results.
Research and design short-duration courses for new hires and promoted staff.
Organize seminars and workshops; generate summary reports based on feedback.
Implement innovative training methodologies and evaluate effectiveness.
Place of Posting: Multan

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Formulate and maintain end-to-end performance management frameworks, including KPIs.
Implement performance management policies across all stakeholders and ensure compliance.
Analyze evaluation data and historical performance for improvement mechanisms.
Maintain accurate performance records and digitize appraisal forms.
Provide records and reports to regulatory authorities, audit bodies, legal division, and management.
Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Place of Posting: Karachi
