Available Positions

1. Unit Head – Pension & Investment (AVP/VP)

Reporting To: Wing Head – Pension & Investment
Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local/international university/college/institute.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years in HR, Banking, or Finance, with at least 4 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, or Pension Funds.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Good communication and team-player skills.

  • Knowledge of Pension & Investment processes and HR Operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of SAP-HCM preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure timely sanctioning of retirement & pension benefits for all regular employees.

  • Assist Wing Head in revising pension rules/scenarios.

  • Prepare periodical pension reports for financial statements, SBP inspections, and audits.

  • Improve TAT of Pension & Investment Wing processes while ensuring compliance with policies.

  • Coordinate with Tax Division for tax exemption certificates for Pension & Benevolent Fund Trust.

  • Address pensioner grievances and reconcile Pension Fund accounts.

  • Assist in Pension Fund investment portfolio management.

  • Maintain MIS and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support HR Governance division for audits and inspections.

  • Perform other assignments as assigned by supervisor(s).


2. Senior Officer – Pension & Investment (OG-II/OG-4)

Reporting To: Wing Head – Pension & Investment
Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized university/college/institute.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in HR, Banking, or Finance, with at least 1 year in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll, or Pension Funds.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Knowledge of Pension & Investment processes and HR Operations.

  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP-HCM knowledge preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process retirement & pensionary benefits within defined TAT.

  • Update monthly pension records and resolve discrepancies.

  • Respond to pension/investment queries and requests.

  • Support implementation of Pension & Investment initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate MIS and coordinate with other divisions for issue resolution.

  • Suggest process improvements and perform other assignments as assigned.


3. Officer – End Service Benefits (OG-/DG)

Reporting To: Unit Head – Compensation & Benefits
Educational/Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized university/college/institute.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in HR, Banking, or Finance, with experience in HR Operations, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, End Service Benefits, or Medical & Life Insurance Operations.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Knowledge of End Service Benefits & HR Operations.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP-HCM knowledge preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage final settlements for resigned, retired, dismissed, or deceased employees.

  • Handle Group Life Insurance and premium reconciliation.

  • Manage insurance claims and negotiate hospital panel agreements/MOUs.

  • Process medical and hospitalization claims.

  • Support HR initiatives and maintain accurate MIS.

  • Assist Unit Head in audits, inspections, and coordination with relevant divisions.

  • Perform administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.


Employment Details

  • Employment will be contractual for three years, renewable at management discretion.

  • Compensation and benefits will be as per Bank policy/rules.

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test and/or panel interviews.
