Position 1: Unit Head – Compliance & SBP Coordination (AVP / VP)

Number of Positions: 01

Reporting To

Wing Head – Audit & Compliance Coordination

Educational / Professional Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 06 years of banking experience, out of which at least 03 years must be in:

    • Audit and/or

    • Compliance and/or

    • SBP Coordination and/or

    • Risk Management

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Strong knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance frameworks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict regulatory deadlines

  • Strong understanding of SBP Prudential Regulations, KYC/AML guidelines

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Outline of Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, monitor, coordinate, and ensure timely handling of SBP and Compliance-related matters of the Retail Banking Group

  • Supervise the unit/department and coordinate with stakeholders at Head Office and Regional levels

  • Ensure timely submission of compliance responses and regulatory information

  • Monitor and follow up on resolution of COCC alerts received through the portal

  • Ensure submission of periodic information, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Operational Loss Data to ERMG

  • Arrange and present replies, rectifications, and contest points to SBP Inspection observations related to Retail Banking

  • Liaise with the Compliance Group on circulars, policies, SBP queries, and regulatory information

  • Monitor and evaluate unit performance

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Position 2: Relationship Manager (OG-I)

Number of Positions: 02

Reporting To

Team Leader

Educational / Professional Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university

Experience

  • Minimum 01 year of Liability Sales experience in banking

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Strong sales management and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of banking products and services

  • Good geographical knowledge of the place of posting

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and database systems

Outline of Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for account opening, deposits, and consumer financing

  • Conduct daily customer and market visits (new-to-bank and existing customers) for Conventional & Islamic Banking

  • Manage and grow assigned deposit portfolios

  • Handle liability portfolios with understanding of customer behavior, balance movements, and seasonal trends

  • Identify attrition risks and take corrective actions to retain balances

  • Achieve cross-sell targets for consumer assets and insurance products

  • Maintain high service quality standards and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Ensure activation of dormant accounts, digital apps, ATM usage, and account deepening

  • Participate in customer contact drives, market storming, and promotional activities

  • Maintain MIS and business reports as required by management

  • Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, SOPs, and audit requirements

  • Ensure Shariah-compliant environment at Islamic Banking windows

  • Complete all processes within defined Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
