Unit Head - Debt Capital Markets & Syndication
(Corporate & Investment Banking Group)
Grade: SVP/EVP-1
Location: Karachi
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
Lead origination, structuring, and execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions, including syndicated debt deals.
Manage structured finance deals, debt instrument listings, and market-making activities.
Lead the debt syndication team, handling marketing, structuring, and negotiation with stakeholders.
Supervise and review preparation of syndication and DCM deal documents such as:
Industry Analysis
Commercial Viability and Financial Projections
Financial Modeling and key ratio analysis
Due Diligence procedures
Security documentation
Eligibility Criteria:

| Qualification | Minimum MBA or equivalent from an HEC recognized university (local/foreign) |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years in Capital Markets, Corporate or Investment Banking |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years (as of October 13, 2025) |
