Position:
Regional Business Head – Branch Banking Division
Grade: SVP / EVP-I
Location: Sialkot
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of all branches within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include:

Achieving liability and cross-sell targets and ensuring the effective management of all branch units under command.

Ensuring full compliance with Shariah and operational risk management policies and procedures.

Extending full support to staff through a problem-solving and team-oriented approach to achieve regional goals.

Meeting Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), and total deposit targets (PE & Average) as well as other revenue and cross-functional targets on a monthly basis.

Developing and implementing regional strategies, cascaded effectively to each branch and individual sales officer.

Enhancing and optimizing staff productivity at all levels and promoting a strong compliance and service excellence culture.

Continuously improving customer service quality and operational efficiency across the region.

Collaborating with business units to identify prospective customers and strengthen sales opportunities to increase deposit mobilization.

Maintaining a vibrant and customer-friendly environment that strengthens the Bank’s image and brand reputation within the region.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
Experience:
-
Minimum 9 years of banking experience.
-
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Age Limit:
-
Up to 55 years as of November 22, 2025.
