In line with the Bank’s progression strategy, we are seeking experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals for the following position within our Risk Management Group.
Risk Management Group
Grade: EVP/LEVP
Location: Lahore
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure alignment with the Bank's Restructure/Rescheduling Policy and SBP Regulations.
Business Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis to assess business troubles and evaluate crisis management capacities.
Debt Valuation: Appraise losses and manage Non-Performing Portfolio (NPL).
Legal Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the Bank’s clients and legal counsels for documentation.
Remedial Management: Manage and develop strategies for the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio.
Legal Actions: Initiate recovery suits and liaise with dealing counsels.
Court Liaison: Appear in court hearings to monitor legal proceedings and manage defaulter recovery.
Strategic Recovery: Work with lawyers to develop recovery strategies and take actions like civil/criminal litigation, placement on ECL, asset search, and invocation of NAB Ordinance for portfolio recovery.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an HEC recognized university or an equivalent foreign institution.
Up to 55 years as of October 26, 2025.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Credit/NPL/SAM portfolio management.
Develop and maintain effective Management Information Systems (MIS).
