Position Title

Unit Head – Field Collections & Recoveries

Grade: SVP-I to EVP-I
Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily activities and performance of field collection staff.

  • Conduct team meetings at the start and end of the day and guide teams toward achieving daily targets.

  • Maintain performance-related MIS and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Conduct regular field checks to ensure effective collection and recovery efforts on all assigned cases.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets to ensure achievement of assigned goals.

  • Track and analyze key portfolio health indicators to improve and sustain collection and recovery performance.

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports highlighting field monitoring trends on a regular basis.

  • Conduct account-level customer reviews to identify root causes of default, where required.

  • Handle complaints from delinquent customers and ensure prompt resolution through coordination with relevant departments, including Contact Centre, Card Operations, Credit Initiation, and FRMU.

  • Ensure strict compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct, approved processes, procedures, and policies.

  • Maintain office decorum and discipline, ensuring adherence to all operational standards by self and direct reports.

  • Closely monitor fraud-related accounts and ensure timely reporting to the Fraud Unit for formal investigation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

  • Minimum 08 to 12 years of relevant Banking or Non-Banking experience.

Age Limit

  • Not more than 55 years as of the date of application.

Compensation

  • The position offers market-based competitive remuneration.
