Position Title:

Head – Continuous Audit

Grade: Band-5 / Band-3
Location: Lahore

Job Summary

The Head – Continuous Audit will be responsible for leading and strengthening the Continuous Audit framework within the Internal Audit Function (IAF). The role requires strategic oversight, automation expertise, analytical capability, and strong stakeholder management to ensure effective internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Major Responsibilities

  • Supervise the development and implementation of the Continuous Audit Roadmap, Methodology, and Procedures.

  • Identify and select control processes and engagements for Continuous Audit testing.

  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards for Continuous Audit using Power BI, MS Excel, and other analytical tools.

  • Identify and escalate issues relating to:

    • Internal control implementation gaps

    • Income leakage

    • Policy & procedural deviations

    • Regulatory non-compliance

  • Lead Internal Audit Function (IAF) automation initiatives including:

    • Dashboard development

    • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

    • AI integration

  • Recommend process improvements based on audit feedback and analysis.

  • Maintain professional working relationships with stakeholders and auditee management.

  • Facilitate effective Management Action Plans in response to audit findings.

  • Escalate overdue exceptions to senior/top management for timely resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the following disciplines from an HEC-recognized university:

  • MBA

  • M.Com

  • MSc (Accounting/Finance/IT/Data Science/Mathematics/Statistics)

  • CA / CIA / CFAP / CA-Finalist

  • Or other equivalent relevant qualifications

Additional certifications in Data Sciences or related fields will be given extra consideration.

Experience

  • Minimum 9 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience

  • At least 5 years within Internal Audit in a similar or related leadership role

Age Limit

  • Not more than 55 years as of March 01, 2026
