Subject: Applications Required for FCPS-II Training at Provincial Headquarters Hospital, Gilgit

Applications are invited for FCPS-II training at the Provincial Headquarters Hospital, Gilgit. All doctors who have passed the FCPS-I examination may submit their applications by December 31, 2024, to the following faculty member. Required documents should be submitted along with the application:

Required Documents:

  1. Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  2. MBBS Degree
  3. House Job Certificate
  4. FCPS-I Pass Certificate
  5. Domicile Certificate
  6. Copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

Doctors working in the private and public sectors may submit their applications through their respective departments.
