JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position:

Medical Superintendent – THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro, District Dera Ghazi Khan

Organization:

Shaheen Foundation, Pakistan Air Force (PAF)
THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro, is managed by the Shaheen Foundation, PAF. Applications are invited from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Medical Superintendent.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: MBBS with an advanced degree in Health Care Administration.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in a healthcare setup.

    • Proven record of leadership, operational management, and strategic planning in the health sector.

    • Sound knowledge of key health policies, local bylaws, and healthcare standards (ISO/JCI).

    • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in hospital management operations across all departments.

Major Responsibilities:

The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a Strategic Hospital Plan.

  • Providing leadership and direction in clinical delivery, financial management, human resources, training, and quality management.

  • Ensuring efficient implementation of hospital programs and services in line with organizational objectives.

  • Overseeing the budgeting process, allocation, and effective utilization of hospital funds.

  • Promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in all hospital operations.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Salary: Market competitive, commensurate with qualification and experience.

  • Contract: Appointment will be on an annual contract basis, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

  • Accommodation: Single furnished accommodation will be provided.
