Office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Choa Saidan Shah

Requirement for General Staff

Applications are invited from eligible candidates resident of District Chakwal for the purpose of performing cleaning/sanitation work at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Choa Saidan Shah. The recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

23 Sanitary Worker / Cleaner The candidate must be medically and physically fit. Candidates having experience in hospital cleaning/sanitation will be preferred. Age limit: 50 years or less.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the relevant district and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

  2. Attested copies of National Identity Card, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

  3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

  4. Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab.

  5. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

  6. The candidate must present the original National Identity Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.

  7. The authorized Selection Committee will have the power to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process in accordance with the rules.

  8. Selected candidates will be deployed in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement, and they will have to perform the assigned duties.

  9. Candidates appearing for the interview/selection will not be given any TA/DA.

  10. The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

  11. If the information or documents provided at any stage are proved false/forged, the candidate's application/appointment may be cancelled.

  12. Wages/remuneration will be paid at the rate prescribed by the government and through the approved mode of payment, only via cross cheque or bank account.

  13. The selected staff will be bound to perform hospital cleaning and other related duties assigned by the administration as per requirement.

  14. Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark daily attendance.

  15. Salary payment will be linked only and exclusively to the biometric system; without it, the candidate will be considered absent, and in case of continuous absence for two days, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

  16. In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
