Requirement for Sanitary Workers (Sweepers)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates resident in District Rawalpindi for the purpose of performing sanitation/cleaning work at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Kallar Syedan. Recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of District Rawalpindi and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

  2. Attested copies of National Identity Card, domicile, educational certificates, experience certificate, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

  3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment, nor will this appointment be against any SANCTIONED POST.

  4. Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy directives of the Government of Punjab.

  5. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

  6. The candidate must produce the original National Identity Card, domicile, educational certificates, and experience certificate at the time of interview.

  7. The authorized Selection Committee shall have the authority to accept or reject any application and to take appropriate decisions relating to the recruitment process in accordance with the rules.

  8. Selected candidates will be deployed in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will have to perform the duties assigned to them.

  9. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for interview/selection.

  10. The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

  11. If the information or documents provided are proven false or forged at any stage, the candidate's application/appointment will be cancelled.

  12. Wages/remuneration shall be paid at the rate prescribed by the Government and through the approved mode of payment, i.e., only by crossed cheque or bank account.

  13. The selected staff shall be bound to perform the sanitation duties of the hospital and other relevant duties assigned by the administration as required.

  14. Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark attendance on a daily basis. Salary payment shall be linked solely to the biometric system; without it, the candidate will be considered absent, and in case of continuous absence for two days, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

  15. In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
