Requirement for General Staff

Applications are invited from eligible resident candidates of District Attock to perform cleaning/sanitation work at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Jand, District Attock. The recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

Sanitary Worker (Sweeper) 15 The candidate must be medically and physically fit. Candidates having experience in hospital cleaning/sanitation will be preferred.

Age Limit:
5 to 10 years or less [as written in original]

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The applicant must be a resident/domicile holder of the concerned district and must fulfill the prescribed criteria.

  2. Attested copies of National Identity Card, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificate, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

  3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

  4. Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab.

  5. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

  6. The candidate will present the original Identity Card, original educational certificates, Domicile, and Experience Certificates at the time of interview.

  7. The authorized Selection Committee will have the authority to accept or reject any application according to the rules and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.

  8. Selected candidates will be deployed at the concerned hospital/institution as per requirement and will have to perform the duties assigned to them.

  9. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the interview/selection.

  10. Selected candidates must be physically and medically fit.

  11. If the information or documents provided at any stage are proven false/fake, the candidate's application or appointment may be cancelled.

  12. Wages/remuneration will be paid only through cross cheque or bank account at the rate prescribed by the government and through the approved method of payment.

  13. The selected candidate will be bound to perform cleaning duties at the hospital and other related duties assigned by the administration as required.

  14. Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark daily attendance.

  15. Salary payment will be linked only and only to the biometric system; without it, the employee will be considered absent, and in case of continuous absence for two days, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.

  16. In case of any kind of negligence or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
