Requirement for General Staff

Applications are invited from eligible candidates residing in District Attock to perform sanitation/cleaning work at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Hasan Abdal. The recruitment will be for a period of 89 days.

Educational Qualification / Experience / Age Limit

The candidate must be medically and physically fit. Candidates having experience in sanitation/cleaning work in a hospital will be preferred.

Terms and Conditions

1. The applicant must be a resident of the relevant district / possess a domicile and fulfill the prescribed criteria.

2. Attested copies of National Identity Card, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, and recent photographs must be attached with the application.

3. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council, and it will not create any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.

4. Recruitment will be made on merit in accordance with the prevailing policy/instructions of the Government of Punjab. Applications received after the prescribed date or incomplete applications will not be acceptable.

5. Candidates must present the original National Identity Card, original educational certificates, domicile, and experience certificates at the time of interview. The authorized Selection Committee will have the power to accept or reject any application and to take appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process in accordance with the rules.

6. Selected candidates will be deployed in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will have to perform the duties assigned to them.

7. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for interview/selection.

8. The selected candidate must be medically and physically fit.

9. If the information or documents provided at any stage are proved wrong/fake, the candidate's application/appointment may be cancelled.

10. Wages/remuneration will be paid at the rate prescribed by the government and through the approved method of payment, only through cross cheque or bank account.

11. The selected staff will be bound to perform cleaning duties of the hospital and other relevant duties assigned by the administration as per requirement.

12. Selected candidates must register on the hospital's biometric system and mark attendance on a daily basis. Salary payment will be linked only and only with the biometric system; without it, the candidate will be considered absent and will be dismissed from service.

13. In case of two days' absence, the selected candidate will be dismissed from employment.

14. In case of any kind of complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the relevant employee may be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
