About the Ministry
The Planning Commission/Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives is an apex body that functions as a think tank for the Government of Pakistan. It provides technical and professional inputs for the formulation and implementation of socio-economic plans and policies. The Ministry is seeking a Sector Specialist with expertise in Law/Legal matters to assist the Planning Commission by providing policy and knowledge inputs in legal areas.
Job Opportunity
Applications are invited from suitable Pakistani candidates for the following position, which will be filled on a purely contract and merit basis under the project "Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening of M/o PD&S I."
Position: Sector Specialist - Law
Qualification/Education:
- Law Graduate (16 years, Master’s or equivalent degree).
Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in the relevant field.
Remuneration:
- Up to PPS-10 (Rs. 4,370,000 - Rs. 700,000 per month).
