Master’s degree (16 years of education) in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering
Minimum 5 years professional experience as Database Administrator
Expertise in SQL & NoSQL, performance tuning, indexing, clustering, high availability solutions
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, scripting (Python/Shell/SQL)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT
Minimum 8 years experience in full-stack development
Expertise in cloud computing, large-scale portals
Experience with government or large educational projects preferred
Certifications such as PMP / CISSP will be an advantage
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, International Relations, Youth Development
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
Strong coordination with Government of Pakistan and stakeholders
Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills
Relevant HEC-recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
2–5 years post-qualification experience (as per position)
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, stakeholder coordination, financial management, research, digital marketing, or monitoring & evaluation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, accounting software where applicable
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design / Visual Arts
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with digital and web projects
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Bachelor’s degree (14 years education) for assistants
Primary education for Office Helper & Driver
Relevant experience preferred
Driving license required for Driver post
