1. Educational / Professional Qualification:
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.
Preference: Candidates having a Master's degree, Islamic Banking certification, or a degree/diploma in Islamic Banking will be preferred.
2. Experience:
Minimum 01 year of banking experience.
Out of this, at least 06 months of experience in Branch Operations.
3. Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required:
Sound knowledge of Branch Operations, General Accounts, and SBP Regulations.
Good analytical skills.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Good customer handling skills.
Good command over MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

| Operations & Compliance | Manage all operational affairs of the Branch along with regulatory compliance, including but not limited to KYC/AML, to ensure efficient and effective product processing whilst ensuring superior customer services. |
| Shariah Compliance | Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, banking institutions, and SOPs, including Shariah Compliance in all jobs and tasks. |
| Transaction Processing | Perform branch openings within the stipulated TAT; check day-to-day transactions; verify genuine transactions and ensure they do not exceed the timeliness accounted by the regulator for suspense accounts. |
| General Ledger Management | Review all suspense, parking, and clearing GL heads and inform the Branch Operations Manager of any discrepancy. Ensure all Branch General Ledger Heads for assets, liabilities, income & expenses are balanced and in order at all times to avoid penalties. |
| Clearing & Inter-Branch Transactions | Ensure seamless processing of Inward & Outward Clearing and inter-branch transactions at the branch. Provide assistance to ATM-related GL heads and immediately inform line management of any overage or shortage. |
| Customer Service & Complaints | Perform customer service/complaints recording and resolution in an effective and efficient manner. Maintain the highest standards of customer service to ensure complaint management and handling within specified time. |
| Budgetary Management | Manage and make provisions for all budgetary requirements, including incomes, expenses, and accruals, in a timely and accurate manner. |
| Audit & Compliance | Ensure all audit requirements and observations (both internal and external) are addressed and implement measures to minimize and curtail recurrence along with the Branch Operations Manager. |
| Documentation & Records | Maintain all files, registers, and documentation; ensure comprehensive records maintenance related to daily operations. |
| TAT Management | Maintain all tasks and ensure they are completed within specified Turnaround Time (TAT). |
| Additional Duties | Perform any other assignment as assigned by supervisors. |
