Position Details
Job Title
Assistant Manager (OG-II)
Reporting Line
The selected candidate will report directly to the Unit Head.
Place of Posting
Multiple locations across Pakistan
Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess:
- A minimum of 16 years of education (4-year Graduation degree or equivalent) from a local or international university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Candidates holding relevant professional qualifications such as:
- DAIBP
- ICAEW
- ACCA
are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of credit processing and credit administration functions.
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Knowledge of banking credit policies, procedures, and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly:
- Familiarity with banking systems and operational processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager (OG-II) will be responsible for:
- Processing and analyzing credit applications.
- Maintaining complete and accurate credit documentation and records.
- Reviewing loan documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring timely renewal and updating of credit facilities.
- Monitoring credit portfolios and identifying early warning signs of potential risks.
- Supporting regulatory inspections and internal/external audit activities.
- Preparing periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports related to the credit portfolio.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding credit facilities and related matters.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate smooth credit operations.
- Performing additional duties assigned by supervisors or management as required.
Employment Terms
- Employment will be offered on a contractual basis.
- Initial contract duration: Three (3) years.
- The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement between the employee and the Bank.
