Eligibility Criteria

Educational / Professional Qualification

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan

• Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking Industry, preferably in Enterprise Risk Management

• At least 05 years of experience in:

  • Business Analytics and/or

  • Portfolio Analysis and/or

  • Relevant analytical fields

• Minimum 03 years of experience in a leadership role will be preferred

---

Skills, Expertise & Knowledge Required

• Strong analytical and technical skills

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Sound understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking products and services

• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and/or SQL for data visualization and analytics

• Strong understanding of local and regional corporate clients

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage

Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities

Business Analytics

• Lead development and implementation of data-driven insights to support business growth and portfolio management

• Analyze credit portfolio trends, profitability, and sectoral exposure to identify growth opportunities and risk concentrations

• Oversee preparation of performance dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership

• Support proactive risk management through asset quality analysis, early warning indicators, and portfolio stress testing

• Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting to enable timely decision-making

Business Strategy

• Lead formulation and execution of CIBG business strategies aligned with overall organizational objectives

• Monitor financial and operational performance across divisions and recommend strategic improvements

• Evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities

• Drive strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and business development projects

• Collaborate with Business Heads and Senior Management to ensure strategic alignment

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Selection & Employment Terms

• Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews

• Employment will be on a contractual basis for three (03) years, renewable at Management’s discretion

• Selected candidates will be offered a competitive compensation package and benefits as per Bank’s policy

• No TA/DA will be admissible for interview(s)
