Advertisement for Temporary Recruitment of Data Entry Operators

Position Details

Data Entry Operator (Male/Female) 05 18–35 years

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: FA/FSc, ICS, or equivalent.

  • Diploma in Computer Applications (not mandatory for candidates who studied computer science as a subject during their education).

  • Typing speed: Minimum 40 words per minute.

  • At least 3 years of experience in MS Office, internet usage, and computer hardware from a recognized institute.

Important Instructions and Conditions

  1. Nature of Employment:

    • The recruitment is purely temporary.

    • Selected candidates cannot claim for contract, regular, or permanent appointment.

    • The employment duration will be 89 days only.

  2. Wages:

    • Daily wages will be paid according to government policy.

    • Absences will lead to deduction in wages.

    • Other service conditions will be governed by the rules mentioned in the appointment order.

  3. Transfer & Termination:

    • The post is non-transferable.

    • In case of poor performance or absence, employment can be terminated without any notice.

  4. Duty Hours:

    • The job will follow the hospital’s current shift schedule.

Eligibility for Applicants

  • Applicants must hold domicile of District Kasur (Male, Female, Transgender).

  • Preference will be given to residents of Tehsil Pattoki.

  • In case of unavailability of suitable candidates from Pattoki, applicants from other tehsils of District Kasur will be considered on merit.

    • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)

    • Two recent passport-size photographs

    • Other relevant documents

  • Incomplete, unattested, or late applications will not be entertained.

  • Application forms are to be submitted after the publication of this advertisement and no later than July 1, 2025.

  • Interview:

    Conducted by the Recruitment Committee at the same office

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews after the typing test.

  • All candidates must bring original documents on the interview day.

  • No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the test/interview.
