NBP invites qualified, motivated, and career-oriented individuals to apply for the following positions:

1. MS Officer (OG-II/OG-III)

Reporting To: Wing Head – NIS & SP

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation or equivalent from a university/college recognized by the HEC

  • Master’s degree or other relevant professional certifications will be preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in data management, MIS reporting, regulatory reporting, or analytics

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Wing Head in collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational and financial data

  • Coordinate with international operations to highlight business targets and performance metrics

  • Prepare monthly review reports and assist in quarterly performance presentations

  • Consolidate annual budgets and financial projections

  • Coordinate with FCQ and international branches to resolve queries

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

2. Due Diligence & Processing Officer (PSU, EPZ) (OG/OG-IV)

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation or equivalent from a recognized local or international university/college

  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including experience in Foreign Exchange Operations, Trade, and General Banking Operations

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of international and general banking transactions

  • Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset

  • Team player with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks efficiently

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage SWIFT messages

  • Timely posting of all entries and ensure outgoing messages are accurately filed

  • Execute transactions to correspondent banks and networks

  • Review and analyze financial transactions for compliance

  • Maintain thorough transaction documentation and records

  • Ensure complete documents are obtained as per prescribed checklist

3. Bank Query Officer (PSU) (OG-IV)

Reporting To: DG

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in CBQ, payments screening, AML, or TBM

  • Good understanding of regulations and banking laws

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Correspondent Banking Query Unit (CBQ)

  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries

  • Monitor and report on query management quality and turnaround time (TAT)

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

  • Prepare monthly management reports

  • Perform any other office assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Employment Details:

  • Employment will be on a contractual basis for a fixed term
