In line with its strategic objectives, NBP invites applications from talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals for the following position in Aitemaad Islamic Banking.
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan
Candidates possessing Commerce graduation, Islamic Banking qualification, or relevant degree/diploma will be preferred
Minimum 02 years of banking experience, including at least 06 months in sales
Demonstrated people management skills
Sound knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database applications
Sound understanding of Islamic banking principles
Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet assigned targets
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to:
Account opening
Deposit generation and retention
Deposit deepening
Consumer financing (Mortgage / Auto Financing)
Ensure effective Tail Management through:
Activation of dormant accounts
Promotion of digital applications and ATM usage
Deepening of tail accounts
Cross-sell and upsell banking products to existing customers
Plan and execute daily customer visits for both new and existing clients
Participate in Mass Customer Contact Drives, market storming, and similar sales initiatives
Develop in-depth knowledge of banking products and conduct competitive analysis to support effective sales pitches
Address customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient, and customer-friendly manner
Ensure completion of all mandatory and regulatory requirements related to account opening and product sales
Address and comply with all internal and external audit observations, and implement corrective measures to avoid recurrence
Maintain proper records and documentation related to the assigned portfolio
Ensure all processes are completed within the prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT)
Ensure strict compliance with:
Banking laws and regulations
Banking instructions and SOPs
Shariah compliance requirements
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor(s)
