Job Description:
The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives is seeking qualified and motivated individuals for the position of Research Analyst. The selected candidates will play a critical role in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing high-level research and data analysis services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on a variety of development topics.
-
Perform data analysis using statistical software and tools.
-
Interpret research findings to inform project strategies and policy recommendations.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for different stakeholders.
-
Support the implementation and monitoring of SDG-related initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-
Strong background in analytical research and data interpretation.
-
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (such as SPSS, STATA, R, or equivalent).
-
Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear and actionable insights.
-
Good understanding of sustainable development principles and public policy.
