Employment Type | Contractual – 3 years (renewable at management’s discretion) |
Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
Preference will be given to:
Candidates with Master’s degree in Business
Candidates with certifications such as AIBP, JAIBP
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
SME Financing, Commercial Lending, Corporate Banking, or a similar role.
Preferably in a banking environment.
Solid understanding of:
Credit Lending
SME Financing
Trade Finance
Familiarity with Banking Regulations and Market Dynamics
Ability to:
Handle multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet performance targets
Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness
Strong MS Office and database proficiency
Acquire and manage Commercial/SME clients
Promote lending products (e.g., working capital, trade finance, term loans)
Develop and execute strategies to expand client base
Analyze client business models and financials for loan processing
Prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with internal policies
Facilitate documentation, disbursement, and ensure legal formalities are met
Monitor client accounts for risk indicators and ensure timely risk mitigation
Achieve financial and non-financial KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, client retention)
Maintain regulatory and policy compliance in all operational processes
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist Regional Manager in enhancing loan processing procedures
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management
Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for test/interview.

Employment will be offered on contract basis for three (03) years, extendable based on performance.
