Position Title:

Head Employee Banking & Cash Management

  • Grade: EVP-I / EVP

  • Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire Cash Management and Employee Banking business through existing verticals and new business relationships.

  • Establish a digitalized fulfillment process and lead a dedicated team to ensure seamless execution of client mandates.

  • Build and manage a relationship model for Employee Banking & Cash Management clients.

  • Identify and develop customer pipelines via partnerships with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to align product offerings with customer needs and opportunities.

  • Maintain effective coordination with key stakeholders for smooth operations.

  • Achieve Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss targets for the division.

  • Foster cross-selling opportunities by working closely with other banking units.

  • Lead process improvements, digital upgrades, and product innovations to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of banking experience.

    • Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years in a similar role.

  • Age Limit:

    • Up to 55 years as of August 03, 2025.
