The Ministry of National Food Security & Research (MNFSR) invites highly qualified and experienced professionals for the establishment of the Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) under the PSDP project titled:

"National Program for Animal Disease Surveillance, FMD and PPR Control, and Animal Track and Traceability in Compliance with National and International Standards."

The project aims to control animal diseases and establish a national traceability system in line with the project objectives and targets. All positions are purely on a contract basis.

Vacant Positions and Requirements

1 Project Director (PPS-10) 1 - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent mandatory.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Epidemiology, Veterinary Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.
- MBA, Master’s in Project Management, or MPA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in development sector.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale programs, preferably in animal/public health sector.
- Veterinary/Public Health qualification will be an asset.		 40–62 Years
2 Program Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (PPS-08) 1 - Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation roles, preferably in development programs, public policy, or non-profit organizations.		 30–45 Years
3 Admin Cum Accounts Officer (PPS-07) 1 - Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role, preferably within program/program management.		 25–35 Years
4 Procurement Officer (PPS-07) 1 - Minimum 16 years of formal education in Economics, Management Sciences, Commerce, or Social Science.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in procurement and contracting operations.		 25–35 Years
5 Office Assistant (PPS-06) 1 - Graduation with relevant skills.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of office work, preferably in public sector.		 25–35 Years

Other Conditions & Requirements

  1. Appointments are purely on a contract basis for 2 years or till the project life, whichever is earlier.
  2. Applications must be submitted online through the National Job Portal at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days of advertisement publication.
